Milagro E. Lopez, MS, MBA, has an undergraduate in Chemistry, an MS in Public Policy Analysis, and an Masters In Business Administration all from the University of Rochester and the Simon School of Business, in Rochester, New York. He has been part of the biopharmaceutical industry for over 18 years working in a number of key commercial functions with increasing responsibility, helping to create, enhance, and deliver greater value for small and large molecule products to HCPs and patients. Most recently, he joined West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc., where through his marketing efforts he has helped generic manufacturers gain greater understanding of the value in West’s AccelTRA® Elastomer Components Program and how AccelTRA® may help in their efforts to bring products to their regional or global markets with high quality and greater speed and simplicity. Additionally, he has spearheaded the enhancement and development of products for the safety device market at West.

Daria Miller is a Senior Technical Account Specialist with West Pharmaceutical Services supporting customers in the Pharmaceutical and Generics markets. Additionally, she serves as the technical support lead for the AccelTRA® program. With a background in materials sciences and chemistry, Daria previously worked in Research and Development for a plastics compounder, followed by a career as a chemistry educator at the college and high school levels. Her current role allows her to incorporate the best aspects of her previous work experiences, working in a technical field, coordinating laboratory studies, while still having the opportunity to support and educate customers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Immaculata University.
