She has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of risk management and investigations programs for organizations of varying size, type, and risk profile. Clarissa pulls upon her experience leading initiatives to modernize, enhance and drive value creation through digitization when recommending analytical approaches to enhance the value and quality of analytics delivered for and by compliance and investigations functions.

Fred Gibbons
Fred focuses on analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital enablement in Life Sciences. He has led the implementation of numerous e-communications monitoring programs, leveraging innovative data strategy and analytics approaches which enable clients to achieve cost savings and enhanced risk detection. Fred also spent three years in Tokyo, Japan, where he designed an analytics and innovation strategy, and helped build the Deloitte Japan Financial Advisory Analytics practice.

Rob Mason
Global Head of Regulatory Intelligence
Relativity Trace
Rob Mason is the Global Head of Regulatory Intelligence – Relativity Trace. Previously he has held senior compliance surveillance roles most recently at Lloyds Banking Group where he was Senior Risk Manager responsible for trade and communication monitoring. During his tenure, he reviewed and enhanced the operational effectiveness of the surveillance undertaken alongside navigating through internal audits and an FCA regulatory STOR visit. Before this he worked at UBS, the global IB (Investment Bank) and Wealth Manager initially as regional Surveillance Head with responsibility for comms and trade surveillance and then Global Head of Market Conduct Intelligence Capabilities.
