Isi Agbato is a highly effective global pharmaceutical industry leader with over 20 years of industry experience. As the Vice President of Supply Chain at Cambrex, Isi has responsibility for product supply, planning, logistics, client relationships and project management. Before joining Cambrex, Isi spent time consulting; building highly functional supply chain and project management teams for pharmaceutical companies. Prior to consulting, Isi was the Sr. Director, Product Strategy & Planning at Teva Pharmaceuticals where she led the preparation of numerous product launches and was accountable for transitioning towards a more competitive and differentiating end to end product strategy. Isi’s experience also spans her work at Pfizer, Bayer Healthcare, Allergan, and its predecessors Actavis and Watson Pharmaceuticals where she held leadership roles in commercial, operations and supply chain management. Isi started her career as a research scientist and earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stockton University.

He is also the Supply Chain Architect at Novartis, responsible for IT standards and architecture direction as well as evaluation of emerging technologies. He. He has been at Novartis since 2002. He has 30 years of leadership and supply chain IT experience including the US Military, IT consulting, pharmaceutical manufacturing and global supply systems. He holds a B.S. from USMA and an eMBA from Duke Fuqua / Goethe University.
